Our Houston Live Oaks Wedding Venue Offers a Wide Range of Celebration Packages

At Pierce Ranch House, it is our pleasure to offer guests several distinct wedding packages:

Intimate Wedding: Includes one-day access to the Pierce Ranch compound, bridal and groom lounge, valet parking and security for up to 100 guests.

Live Oak Lawn Wedding: One-day wedding ceremony and/or reception with a basic set-up of chairs and tables for up to 200 guests. Also includes valet parking, bride and groom lounges, security, and guest check-in.

Pierce Ranch House Wedding: Includes the benefits of the Live Oak package plus a one-night stay in our lovely Pierce Ranch House for up to twelve guests.

Destination Weekend Wedding: Includes the benefits of the Live Oak package plus a two-night stay in our elegant Pierce Ranch House for twelve guests and access to our compound for a bridal dinner.

Please note that all wedding packages at our Houston live oaks wedding venue do not include catering, tents, decorations or staff. We are happy to help coordinate these requests for our clients for an additional fee.

Amazing! We used the pool house for my daughter’s “Noon Tea” bridal shower. The staff/owners went above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of room, ice machine/dishes/glasses/utensils were provided for our use. It was July and the AC kept the area seriously cool! Our guests walked the grounds and took plenty of pictures. They were very impressed! We were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The grounds are impeccable! My family (both maternal and paternal) will be using this location for future family reunions! Such a beautiful facility!! The oak trees on the lawn are glorious especially when the sun is setting and they filter the golden light through their branches. It really does feel like you have been transported to a previous point in history where time stood still. Im so glad I chose to visit this venue, you can even watch the horses graze from the pavilion next to the pool.The staff members are all welcoming and inviting as well, its a breath of fresh air. Nestled among picturesque oaks on a working cattle operation, this historic home hosted our book club in high style. The spacious bedrooms boasted modern bathrooms and an abundance of southern charm - Texas style! Although the ranch house had ample entertaining space, we also utilized the pool house as a meeting place with its wide-open setting, high ceiling and kitchen. The beautiful pool is close to a barbecue pavilion, fire pit and well appointed bath/changing house. All the out buildings are charmingly arranged near the main house. You will feel right at home from the time the oak-lined drive welcomes you to the Pierce Ranch House until the time you wave goodbye to this beautiful historic property.read more

What an amazing place!!! We really enjoyed our time at The Pierce Ranch. The main house was great for our large group. Each bedroom has a private bath and we each had our own bed. The beds were soooo comfortable and had great soft linens.We had a class in the “Play House” which was a fabulous space with tons of natural light through huge windows. It was easily arranged to accommodate each activity we did.The grounds of the ranch are enormous, and we enjoyed leisurely walks on the property and seeing the creek and wildlife, as well as the horses, cows and dogs! The property also has a pool, tennis court and outdoor gazebo/kitchen area that we didn’t use this time, but I’m sure we will in the future.The staff is incredibly easy to work with and the property is lovingly maintained. We hope to return soon!!!read more

We had a girls weekend at Pierce Ranch that was beyond all of my expectations. Walking around the ranch house is scenic and quite an adventure with cows, horses, and an oil derrick all in site. The historic home has all the creature comforts you need along with so much charm and history. Kay and the staff touch such good care of us. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pierce Ranch. I stayed in the main house in one of the lovely bedrooms upstairs and loved the antique manor house decor and wrap around porch outside my door. My group enjoyed the "play room" or pool house, which has a full kitchen and was great for meal prep and team-building activities, with easy access to the pool, patio area, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. We were a group of about 14 women and we all had a great time!!! Great place for a Girls' Weekend!!!read more

What a beautiful place! The staff were great and eager to make sure you had everything you needed. The facilities were excellent for a meeting, the main house was clean and very comfortable. The accommodations were excellent; was one of the best night's sleep I've had traveling. It would have been "the best" if mother nature would have cooperated and not brought a windy storm that ruined the night sky viewing and made it impossible to light the fire pit to enjoy poolside after the fabulous dinner! The Pierce Ranch House was the perfect location to host my groomsmen and their wives during my wedding weekend. The property boasts beautiful southern charm and the amenities are ideal. We took advantage of shooting skeet, playing tennis and grilling poolside. Pierce Ranch House was a beautiful site and boasted plenty of space and accommodations for our April wedding weekend!! Both my husband and my family are from out of state and PRH offered comfortable and charming accommodations at their main and guest homes. The pool and covered patio made the ideal backdrop for a memorable rehearsal dinner. We especially enjoyed our day-of skeet shooting! Kaye and her staff at PRH made our stay stress-free and catered to our whole group - we could not have asked for a better weekend!
